Susan Montanti
Susan Montanti is a native of New Jersey’s Bayshore area and the Broker Owner of Driftwood Real Estate Group. Growing up in Hazlet and residing in Keyport now for over 30 years where she and her husband raised their two children. As a 7th Generation in Keyport and 5th Great Granddaughter of the Famous Local Ship Builder Benjamin C. Terry, Susan understands the need for roots and a place to call home.
Since becoming licensed in 1993 Susan has received numerous certifications and awards but truly realizes that a Happy Client is the greatest reward and that it is not only what we get, but what we give. She has been a steady donor to SPCA, MCSPCA, Tunnel to Towers and Rebuilding Warriors.
Representing homeowners and future homeowners in the Bayshore area for over 30 years, Susan is committed to listening to her client’s needs and utilizing her years of experience and keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction.
Recently Susan and her husband Chris, who is in construction, joined forces and became a Real Estate Power Couple. As a team they have over 30 years of Real Estate Experience and 40 years Construction Experience. The incredible insight that they offer to both buyers and sellers has saved their clients thousands of dollars.
