As the Community Specialist for Gateway Park located at 231 Atlantic St. in Keyport, NJ, I wanted to share a bit about me. Growing up, I lived not so far away in Woodbridge, NJ. My aunt and uncle lived in the Belford section of Middletown and I spent a majority of my summers there as a kid. I became very familiar with the area over the years and grew to have a strong appreciation for it. I loved the sense of community and how close it was to the water. Being by the water is one of the best parts about the Keyport area, I often tell people there’s never a day that’s not beautiful when you’re down at the Keyport waterfront. Whether it’s going on a run on the Henry Hudson Trails, walking my dog Bailey by the water, or going out for a night of dinner and drinks, Keyport is a beautiful area that allows you to do all of those things right outside your doorstep.

Gateway Park, located at 231 Atlantic St in Keyport, NJ is a pet friendly community, allowing up to (2) 50 pound dogs. Just a few blocks away from the beautiful Keyport Waterfront and downtown area, Gateway is just a short walk away from beautiful views or a night out on the town at some local eateries including Drew’s Bayshore Bistro, Old Glory, and newly renovated Burlew’s, which offers beautiful water views of the Raritan Bay. Gateway is also a commuter’s dream, with it being just a moment away from Routes 35 & 36, as well as Parkway entrance 117. For those that don’t drive, no worries, Gateway is located only a mile away from the Hazlet train station, as well as the Airport Plaza bus stop in Hazlet.

 

There are 84 units in the complex and consist mostly of 2 bedrooms, 2 bath units with generously sized balconies/patios. There are also 12 units that offer 1 bed, 1 bath with a balcony/ patio as well. The floor plans give a very open and welcoming feel as soon as you step through the door. The development is overseen by Gateway Park Homeowner’s Association.
